What I found (checked 27 October 2026)

  • The Curaçao regulator lists Retrobet under Stable Tech N.V., company no. 160129, licence OGL/2024/161/0191.
  • The same licence covers 13 other brands, including MateSlots, RollXO, SlotLords and Joo Casino.
  • Older reviews name Hollycorn N.V. as the owner; its own licence record lists a different domain.
  • ACMA blocked Retrobet in March 2026; I have not checked each sister brand against the list.

Who owns Retrobet?

The strongest evidence is the regulator’s own record. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate page for licence OGL/2024/161/0191 names Stable Tech N.V., incorporated in Curaçao with company number 160129, licensed since 16 July 2024, application granted and licence active. Retrobet.com is on its list of approved domains. AskGamblers, AboutSlots and Casino Guru name the same company.

Several older reviews, including SlotCatalog, KingBonus and sigma.world, name Hollycorn N.V. instead. Hollycorn N.V., company number 144359, holds its own Curaçao licence, OGL/2023/176/0095, but that record lists only luckyo.com. A search snippet of an ACMA enforcement report also mentions Hollycorn in connection with Retrobet; I could not open the report to confirm it. Both companies are tied to the N1 Partners group of brands, which may explain the overlap.

In practice: when a review quotes a Retrobet figure, check which company it names, since older pages may describe an earlier set-up.

Every brand below appears on the same Curaçao licence record as Retrobet. That is the test I use: one licence, one company, both domains listed.

Do not confuse Retrobet with “Retrobet” by Enigma Digital Solutions, a different casino with an Anjouan licence aimed at Brazil, or with Retrobet TV, a Turkish sports-streaming brand. Search results also attribute CoinSlotty, Rolla and SplashCoins to Stable Tech N.V., but they are not on this licence record, so I leave them out.

In practice: a sister site shares the operator’s verification, payout and bonus enforcement teams. If Retrobet’s withdrawals were your problem, a sister brand is unlikely to be the fix.

Sister sites and the ACMA block

ACMA blocks domains, not companies. Its 18 March 2026 round named Retrobet, but not, as far as I could see, its sister brands. That can change at any time, and I could not load ACMA’s full list from my connection to check each one. Before you deposit at any brand on this page, look it up on the ACMA blocked list.

Self-exclusion across sister sites

Each brand keeps its own accounts, and Retrobet runs self-exclusion through its support team rather than a setting in the account. If you want to stop playing at Retrobet and its sisters, ask each one in writing. BetStop, Australia’s national self-exclusion register, covers only licensed Australian wagering providers, not offshore casinos.

Retrobet sister sites: FAQ

  • What are the Retrobet sister sites?

The Curaçao licence record for OGL/2024/161/0191 lists 13 other brands next to Retrobet: Goldex Casino, HollyWin, Jet4Bet, Joo Casino, Lucky Hunter, MateSlots, N1Bet, RollXO, SlotLords, SlotLounge, Slot Mafia, Spirit Casino and Vegas Hunter. All are run by Stable Tech N.V. under the same licence.

  • Is Hollycorn N.V. the owner of Retrobet?

Older reviews say so, but the regulator’s current record names Stable Tech N.V. Hollycorn N.V., company number 144359, holds a separate Curaçao licence whose record lists only luckyo.com. A search snippet suggests an ACMA report also names Hollycorn for Retrobet, which I could not open. Both companies are linked to the N1 Partners brand group.

  • Are Retrobet's sister sites blocked in Australia too?

Some may be. ACMA blocks domains one by one, so a block on Retrobet does not automatically cover its sisters, and the reverse is also true. I could not load ACMA’s full list from my connection, so I mark each sister as ‘not checked’. Look up any brand on the ACMA list before you deposit.

  • Which Retrobet sister site is best for Australians?

MateSlots is the one built for Australia, with AUD accounts and A$ terms, and it is one of the three alternatives I compare. I have not reviewed the other twelve sisters in detail. If you want a casino with a different owner, Aerobet and Winberry are not on Retrobet’s licence.

  • Does self-exclusion at Retrobet apply to its sister sites?

Not automatically. Each brand keeps its own accounts, and Retrobet handles self-exclusion through its support team rather than a tool in the account. Ask each brand in writing. BetStop, Australia’s national register, covers only licensed Australian wagering providers, not offshore casinos.

  • What is N1 Partners?

N1 Partners is the affiliate programme that AskGamblers names for Retrobet, and the same family of brands includes N1Bet, Joo Casino and RollXO. An affiliate programme pays websites for sending players; it is not the licence holder. The licence holder for Retrobet is Stable Tech N.V.

  • Do Retrobet's sister sites share the same bonus terms?

Many terms match. MateSlots, for example, has the same A$7.50 bet cap with a bonus, and LCB quotes identical lower withdrawal caps for both, 2,500 a week and 12,000 a month in LCB’s listed currency. Welcome offers and codes differ from brand to brand, so read each one.

  • How can I tell if two casinos are really sister sites?

Look for one licence number covering both domains on the regulator’s record, or the same company in both footers. Similar names, designs or games are not proof, because many casinos rent the same platform. For Retrobet, the Curaçao record at cert.cga.cw lists every approved domain under one licence.

Alisa Naumova

Editor and casino researcher, Retrobet Alternatives

I am Alisa Naumova, editor of Retrobet Alternatives. I compare Retrobet with offshore casinos that Australians look at instead, using only what a reader can check: the company and licence number behind each brand, the regulator’s register, the bonus terms as written, payment methods, withdrawal caps converted to A$, and what review sites and players report. I date every figure, keep conflicting sources side by side and re-read the terms each month. I do not deposit or play for these guides, and affiliate links never change a verdict. My reviewer profile is on Trustpilot.
